Honey Chat is a decentralized SocialFi platform built on Berachain, designed to unify communication, creator monetization, and onchain reputation. As Chief Designer and Director of Product, I lead the end-to-end design and strategy - from product architecture and UX systems to brand development and GTM execution. My role has spanned early concepting, UI/UX, design systems, and cross-functional leadership with engineering, marketing, and community teams. I also helped define key feature sets like token-gated events, NFT badging, and onchain tipping, all while ensuring accessibility and usability for both web3 natives and new users.
