I’m a UX design leader with 25 years of experience building human-centered products and creative systems that scale. From early-stage startups to enterprise giants. My background spans interaction design, brand systems, creative direction, and team leadership across Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.
I thrive where design, technology, and meaning intersect. Whether I’m prototyping a crypto-enabled product, leading cross-functional sprints, or simplifying complexity for real-world users. I care deeply about accessibility, psychological safety, and helping teams move with clarity and heart.
Outside of design, I explore permaculture, traditional Irish music, ritual design, and craft - creative practices that keep me grounded and curious. I’m happiest when I’m solving hard problems with good people, especially when the work has soul.

Managed user experience team, driving interaction, visual, and conversational design, including overarching UX strategy, user mapping, UI patterns, wireframes + prototypes, and cross-team integration.
